This dynamic session blends Pilates and yoga-inspired mobility to activate core muscles, enhance balance, and promote fluid movement with light resistance, mat toning, and flowing transitions.
In this experiential talk, Kristin explores how core strength supports breath, posture, and resilience. Learn the science of core activation, stress impact, and daily rituals, with light guided movement and breathwork to bring it all to life.
A sculpting class focused on deep core, glutes, and posture. Blending mindful Pilates with mobility-enhancing stretches, it supports hormone balance, spinal health, and functional strength.
This deeply restorative experience centers around conscious breathing techniques, slow stretching, and guided meditation. It is designed to relieve stress, support emotional clarity, and reconnect you to your inner self.

Bio
A nationally recognized yoga and Pilates teacher, Kristen McGee is also a speaker, mompreneur, and author. With over three decades of experience in the fitness and wellness space, she has had a continuous roster of high-profile celebrities, pioneered the launch of Peloton’s yoga and Pilates program, and recently branched out on her own to launch Kristin McGee Movement.

You may arrive at 8 am; your room may not be ready until 3 pm. Pack exercise wear in a carry-on for a quick start. Meet with a Wellness Guide. Lunch is included with early arrival. Check-out of your room is at noon, however you can stay on the property until 5pm with lunch being the last meal.
Our standard policy requires a two-night deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 21 days before arrival; deposit is forfeited with less than 21 days’ notice.
